Birth Doula Package

Our birth doulas offer support before, during, and after childbirth. Learn more about the services included in our birth package fee below.

Birth Doula Package Includes:​

This package includes all the essentials... prenatal visits, on-call labor support, and postpartum care, designed to nurture you with a trusted and familiar face.

 

Free Consultation (30-60 minutes)

An in-person meeting to connect, answer your questions, and make sure we're the right fit for one another.

24/7 On-Call Support

From the day you hire us, we're available by phone day or night.

Phone/Email/Text Support

We encourage you to reach out to us as your pregnancy progresses, to address questions, sort through your options and help you navigate the decision-making process.

2-3 Prenatal Visits

We provide 2-3 prenatal visits, during which we will discuss your health history, birth preferences, comfort techniques, fears, hopes, newborn procedures, postpartum preparation, build your birth plan together, etc. Our goal is to help you feel as prepared as possible.

LABOR AND BIRTH SUPPORT

When labor begins, we'll stay in touch by phone/text until you're ready for in-person support. we'll then join you at your home or birth location and remain with you throughout your labor and delivery

IMMEDIATE POSTPARTUM CARE (1-2 hours)

We will stay by your side after birth to ensure you're comfortable, support early bonding, and assist with breastfeeding if desired.

1-2 POSTPARTUM VISITS (in your home)

  • ​Process your birth story together

  • Check on your recovery and emotional well-being

  • Talk through newborn care and feeding

  • Share additional resources or referrals if needed

These visits are a chance to:​​​

Doula using a rebozo to gently jiggle a laboring person's hips, providing comfort and promoting baby positioning.

Support includes:

  • Hands-on comfort techniques (massage, counterpressure, positions, etc.)

  • Breathing and relaxation guidance

  • Partner support and involvement

  • Evidence-based information for informed decision-making

  • Birth environment advocacy and encouragement

  • (Unprofessional birth photography available on request)

Birth Package Fee:     $900
