Birth Doula Package Includes:​
This package includes all the essentials... prenatal visits, on-call labor support, and postpartum care, designed to nurture you with a trusted and familiar face.
Free Consultation
A no-pressure, 30-60 minute in person meeting to see if we're a good fit.
Before Labor:
ON-CALL 24/7
We are on call for you from the day you hire us! One of us will be available to support you day or night, whenever you need it.
PHONE/TEXT/EMAIL SUPPORT
We encourage you to reach out to us as your pregnancy progresses, to address questions, sort through your options and help you navigate the decision-making process.
TWO TO THREE PRENATAL VISITS
We provide 2-3 prenatal visits, during which we will discuss your health history, birth preferences, comfort techniques, fears, hopes, newborn procedures, postpartum preparation, build your birth plan together, etc. Our goal is to help you feel as prepared as possible.
Labor and Birth:
LABOR AND BIRTH SUPPORT
When labor begins, we stay in close contact with you by phone and text. When you are ready for in-person support, we will join you at home or at your birth place, staying with you regardless of how long the birth takes, with no time limit on our support. Labor knows no clock!
Postnatal:
IMMEDIATE POSTNATAL SUPPORT
Our labor support doesn't end with birth! After your baby is born, we'll stay with you 1-2 hours to help initiate bonding and breastfeeding, and to make sure you're comfortable and supported.
1-2 POSTNATAL FOLLOW-UP VISITS
The doulas will visit you at home for a postnatal follow-up to chat about your birth, assess your current needs, make referrals to related postpartum services as needed and, of course, marvel over your baby!
