Our Childbirth education classes give you the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to feel prepared and empowered for your birth.
There is so much information out there, and it can be hard to know what's accurate. That's why I created these evidence-based birth classes... to give you a place where you can ask questions, learn how birth works, and leave with a clearer picture of what to expect. We'll talk about the things people don't always explain. Rather than just teaching what happens during labor, I want you to understand why things happen and how that knowledge can help you make confident decisions. I want you to walk into labor feeling prepared because you've taken the time to understand it. Birth can be unpredictable, but it doesn't have to feel unknown.
My goal isn't to tell you what choices to make; it's to make sure you understand the choices you have.

As a certified birth doula, postpartum doula, and childbirth educator, I've had the privilege of supporting families through pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. I love helping couples replace fear with knowledge and confidence through evidence-based education that prepares them for birth.
