Meet Anna

Hi, I'm Anna, I've always been the kind of person who loves helping others; it's just who I am. Whether it's sitting with a friend who needs to talk or showing up for someone during a tough moment, being there for people has always come naturally to me. That's really what led me to become a doula. I'm not here to "run the show" or tell anyone how birth should go... I'm here to support you in the way that feels right for you.

To me, being a doula is about showing up with a calm presence, trusting the process, and reminding you that you don't have to do any of it alone. Birth can bring out so many emotions, and I try to be someone who brings steadiness and support through it all; whether that means holding your hand, offering quiet encouragement, or just being a peaceful presence in the room.

When I think about what matters most in this work, it's connection. I'm not interested in just showing up and checking a box; I want the families I work with to feel genuinely cared for. Birth is such a big, raw, beautiful moment in life, and I'm honored every time I get to be a part of it. I want you to feel like you have someone in your corner who sees you, believes in you, and truly wants the best for you... because I do.

Training and Certifications

I'm someone who loves to keep learning, especially when it helps me support others better. The trainings I have done or am currently working on completing have given me a strong foundation, but more than that, they've helped me show up with more confidence, care, and intention. I want the families I work with to know they're in capable, thoughtful hands.

Lauren and I have known each other and been really close friends pretty much our whole lives. Working together as doulas just kind of happened naturally. We both care deeply about supporting people and showing up in an honest, thoughtful way, so teaming up made sense. We're different in a lot of ways, but we really trust each other, and I think that shows in the way we support our clients. It's a good balance, and we make a great team.
